Pistachio Cinnamon Chicken Salad

16 ounces cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 ½ cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt
½ cup pistachios, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
4 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
2 scallions, finely chopped
Shred cooked chicken breast with a fork and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss to combine. Served chilled or at room temperature.
