Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Treat yourself to a refreshing and healthy homemade dip.

Serves 6 

Dietitian's Tip: 

Increase your daily intake of fruits and vegetables by pairing this yummy yogurt dip with celery, carrots, apples, and bananas. 


• ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
• ¼ cup peanut butter
• ¾ teaspoon cinnamon 


In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and peanut butter. Add cinnamon, if desired.

Serve with slices of fruit or vegetables.

Refrigerate leftovers within two hours.
